A Step Father, who drinks and smoke a electronic cigarette. Drinking consists of whiskey, alcoholic lemonade, and different variations of the two. Who has never had children before, but thinks he knows how to conduct himself when he clearly does not. Has already been hollaring and multiple incidents where he has gotten in the children and teenagers face. Just want to know what can be done. And if this is good solid case with evidence of this mans temper and drinking/smoking problems. And should I actually take legal action.
If you have genuine concerns about the welfare of the children, you can hire an attorney to bring those issues before the court to put safeguards in place concerning the stepfather's behavior and/or contact with the children.
