You need to talk to a criminal defense attorney before posting or discussing this with anyone else. Texas Penal Code makes isexual intercourse with certain persons with whom you have a family relationship by blood a felony. Regarding the baby talk to family law counsel regarding paternity establishment if that is a place where you should even go or if that is a place your sister has already gone.
The father of the child, whoever it is, should be helping support the child.
Depending on your relative ages at the time, there could be a problem.
You can get a DNA test at the drugstore. It is very basic and you can't take it to court, but it will let you know whether you need to go down this path.
