My pre trial probation officer told me to stop smoking and I haven’t my second drop is today with the first one dropping dirty and I wanna know the consequences should I worry?
This is a violation of the terms of your pretrial release and the officer can let the judge/court know about the violations. The consequences could range from nothing happening at all to the judge revoking your release and setting a very high bond. Without knowing the nature of the charges and more details, the only information you are going to get is that violating the terms of pretrial release is not good. It seems like this is a felony case so make sure you tell your attorney about the likely bad test ASAP so they can try to work on any issues that will come up. Best of luck!
Any time you come to the attention of the Court because you're violating a Court's order, that's bad. If you have a lawyer, talk to her about this issue. If you don't have a lawyer, get a lawyer.
