Mine and my fiancé's landlord is in Prison and his sister took over, she has made little to no attempts to pay the back taxes that is due end of March 2020 she has made 1 payment in Nov and she lied to us on that. i asked her if she made a payment on THIS property back taxes and she said yes she did, which she didn't and when i confronted her and said i was going to consult a attorney about our options she got upset asking why you want to move etc etc. then asked what makes you think it wont be paid, told her well he has 6 properties owing 50k he hasn't paid in 3 years and the comments you made. i been in constant contact with the county treasurer and i have printouts of what he owes and update it every month as late fees is added and the conversation between me my fiancee and the landlords sister. also week of Dec 18th our septic tank was full we text her @ 1:30 p.m. she didn't reply until after 10 P.m said she would have to call someone in the morning come noon she still haven't and said it wont be until next day. we also told her about our bedroom floor being flooded don't know if it was from the septic or not but now its smells of mildew and turning white. what are our options.
