Landlord/ tenant: just found out apartment has bed bugs, there is an ant infestation, asked for an exterminator since last year, do not know where my security deposit is held was never notified, have no contact information for the landlord of the residence. I've been dealing with the property manager who continuously harasses me, and the the tenants that live below me have also threatened me and screamed at my children.
Unless you can prove that the bed bugs were there BEFORE you moved in, how do you intend to show that YOU did not introduce the infestation?

Your question seems to be contradictory - if you just found out about the bed bugs, why did you ask for an exterminator last year?
