Me and my sister were left with a house from our parents when they die. We only have the regular monthly bills but no house payment now we spilt the property taxes my sister as'nt paid her half of the taxes for the year of 2015 and 2016 when i went to pay my half this year the lady there said i needed to pay the whole thing back interests for the year and if i didn't they were giing to start forcloser on the house i paid the whole thing wrote her a letter explaing everything and told her to pay me back in one month had her sign it and i want to know if she doesn't pay me what can i do. Do i take her to court or can i kick her out of the house? Thank you
The County doesn't care about any agreement between the two of you as to how the taxes are to be split, if they aren't paid the County can and will foreclose for back taxes. Non-payment of the taxes does not impact your sister's ownership interest, so you can't "kick her out". You can sue her in small claims for her share of the taxes, or hire a lawyer to go to court to try and force dissolution and sale.

Sounds like you already paid the taxes. Having your sister sign that paper was smart because it won't look like you've made a gift to your sister.
You probably will need the court process if she doesn't pay you back: whether you want money from your sister, greater ownership of the house, or to kick her out. All these things will require a judge if your sister doesn't act voluntarily. But, based on what you described, you have a lot of options open to you and would probably have success if you had to go to court.
I agree with the two prior answers. However, it is not clear to me if the property title (deed) has been changed to both of your names. Also, who lives at the home - both you and your sister? I assume your parents have passed away, but it is not clear because you say "when they die" which sounds like they are still alive. If they have passed, have you removed their names from the property? If your sister can't afford to pay her half, perhaps you can come up with an amount to buy her out - i.e. pay her a lump sum and she signs the deed over to you (assuming she is on the deed). Or since she owes you money already, and doesn't want to pay future taxes, perhaps you offer to set that to zero, and she will agree to sign over her interest in the home. That way you own it yourself, so you can sell it or do as you wish.
You can indeed take her to court, for a money judgment to reimburse you for paying her share of the expenses,. Better yet, you can also sue for a partition, where the court sells the property to the highest bidder. If you are able buy out her interest, then you would then be in a position to potentially evict her if she failed to pay her fair share in the future.
