Contact a local landlord/tenant attorney using the AVVO search feature. There are very specific requirements under the Texas Property Code for a landlord to perfect an eviction or lockout.
Texas law is very clear on what a landlord must do in order to lawfully evict a tenant. You need to retain an attorney who is familiar with landlord-tenant law in order to get the best advice and most favorable outcome.
