My boyfriend of 5 years has been having unprotected sex with random women behind my back. We are broken up now but we still had unprotected sex, when I didn't know about his infidelity, back a few months ago. What are my rights to make him pay for me to get tested and if I have contracted anything from him?
You have no rights to make him pay for your testing.

You assumed the risk by having unprotected sex with him. So, in my view, you have no rights unless he purposely infected you with a STD, which is another story.
