Have judgment against debtor. Debtor isn’t paying. Have tried wage garnishment twice. Debtor simply quits job. We go back to court, she promises to pay, it starts all over again.
If the debtor quits a job then you will need to find the new job. Request the court have the debtor come back to court each time so you know where the debtor is. Does debtor have bank accounts.
If could be a long process

Not many. We sometimes have difficulty collecting also. If there’s no job, look for a bank account. But I’ve had debtors (like hairstylists) go to all cash system to avoid paying!!
