Pediatric primary care misdiagnosed my then 2 year old and now no matter what doctor we see they originally from the beginning are short and rude. Then whatever symptoms I say they try to find ways not to treat. Refusing to let my daughter see a specialist. Hiding underlying diagnosis about her health is just some experiences
There are a lot of unanswered questions. Do you have proof of misdiagnosis? Have their been any damages? Rest assured, you need to consult with a competentn Florida licensed attorney (if this is a Florida matter) immediately. A consultation with a medical malpractice attorney are usually free, but its even worth paying for it. You need to find this out as soon as possible before something goes wrong with your child.
NOTE: This is not meant to be any legal advice whatsoever. You must consult with a competent attorney licensed in your state.
You may wish to consider changing to a different doctor office for your child.
You also can file a complaint with the doctor's licensing authority about the bad treatment you get at the office.
