I am confused about what is going on with the approval of my social security. I have been wrongly denied and applied again. I submitted medical record and submitted my social security number in July of last year and have not received any response or status in writing to date. I was previously enrolled in prepaid legal and my assigned law firm sent a letter on my behalf and still nothing. What options do I have now. I am disabled and need security of my social status. I cannot stand up all day which limits my ability to work most jobs. I also have had difficulty obtaining a merchant account to continue business on eBay since the limitation of my paypal account. I apply and never hear back or part of the two part system never is operational.
You should be asking your lawyer your options. You said you signed up for some type of pre-paid legal service. No lawyer should be charging you any attorney's fees unless you win for SSDI and SSI cases.
