When he was 16 years old, his father told him to cross over and say he was a USA citizen when he was not. I'm a citizen and our three kids. He came here when he was 11 years but he was denied when we process his paperwork due to him lying about his his citizenship. He came back bc I could not support myself n my children or pay the house and bills. My kids suffer, we struggle and I also have a learning disability. My sister is tying all this for me as we speak.i truly truly need advice on what I need to do bc he has no bond due to this. Please help..somebody.
Your son is in a difficult poison. You must retain an Immigration Attorney to defend him at his deportation trial. Contact an Immigration Group in Dallas that gives out free legal services. Ask the Immigration Court Clerk office for a list of these groups.
I don't see any real defenses in Court available to him. However, a very skilled attorney might be able to negotiate with ICE for some prosecutorial discretion or othe alternate benefit. Good Luck
I concur. Posting here will not help. You need to hire an immigration lawyer and take hands on approach to the problem.
