I am French and I am currently working as a Regional Sales Manager for an aviation business. I take care of French and Spanish speaking customers.
I am also finishing my masters degree (I will get my diploma around October 2018). My J1 visa ends in January 2019 and then I would like to know what are my chances to get the H1B visa.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Hard to say without knowing more about your education and the position. Sales positions are difficult because they typically do not require a particular degree, so they are not considered specialty occupations. You will need to work with an attorney to see if that position will work for H1B status, e.g. schedule a consultation, it will take time discuss this question.
