Own a home, allow daughter to live there with her son. Daughter allowed her boyfriend to move it.
Boyfriend is chronic alcoholic and she needs him to leave.
Has she told him to leave? She can do that, and then issue a no trespass warning. The police can help. But, if he moved in, has been paying for things, etc., then he may be entitled to be treated like any other tenant in an eviction. You should also be aware that if you are the one deciding he needs to leave, not her, then you are going to have more problems from trying to get rid of him yourself.
