The best advice any attorney could give you is to get an attorney to help you properly evaluate the injuries you are dealing with. Your failure to get proper, experienced legal advice will only make your injuries worse in the long run since you will not receive full compensation by handling this yourself.

Best to get local counsel involved who knows all the details of your injury and has reviewed the medical records.
If your exposure occurred on the job, do not waste any more time; get a local workers' comp attorney to represent you and maximize your recovery. Hope you feel better.
