I rear ended some one in the freeway we exchanged insurance info
He started a claim with my insurance, my insurance called me told me they will cover the damaged. No police report. What will the DMV do if I don't fill out a SR1 form
Driving is a privilege so they can do a lot. What they can do will depend on a lot of things. Just call a local attorney for a free consult. Most of us are happy to help.

If the other party did not file an SR-1 form the DMV will not be aware of the accident. If the other party did file an SR-1 form, the DMV should have sent to you a letter asking for you to submit an SR-1 form. If you fail to submit the form within 30 days of receiving the letter from the DMV, your license will be suspended for 1 year since the DMV then assumes that you had no insurance at the time of the accident. If it has not been suspended, then the other party never filed his/her SR-1 form and you are off the hook. If your license has been revoked you may be able to go to the DMV, prove you had insurance on the date of the accident and get the suspension lifted. https://www.avvo.com/legal-answers/what-can-i-do-if-i-missed-the-10-day-deadline-to-s-860956.html
I am not your attorney and don't know anything about your problem. Do not rely on my response other than as information used to hire an actual attorney.
Failing to file an SR1 will likely lead to a one-year suspension of your driver's license, among other possible repercussions. You may be out of the hook, however, if the other party in the accident didn't file an SR1 either. In case they did file and identified you in the form, the DMV will likely send you a letter reminding you to file an SR1 of your own. But it wouldn't be in your best interest to take these chances. File an SR1 with the DMV if you are still within ten days of an accident, even if you already filed a report with the police or your insurer.
In case you feel unsure or uncomfortable with your answers when filling out the form, you may consult with an experienced car accident attorney for guidance and a proper assessment of your case as well.
I am sorry to hear about your accident and best regards.
