I was involved in a case against a pharmaceutical company, concerning a blockbuster drug which did great harm to my body. I was unaware of a settlement being offered, and was excluded at that time. The firm originally handling my case could no longer assist me, sent my file, and wished me well to pursue it further. I've yet to find a firm even willing to speak to me. How do I find someone willing to care about my case? Do I have any ability to make some kind of contact with the drug company on my own? Insight into possible actions I may have is sincerely appreciated.
Transferring your question to different category as it somehow got posted in DWI defense. Good luck If I cannot transfer it, please consider asking it again and putting it under the category of personal injury law.
Your facts are not complete enough to allow for an opinion regarding your claim. In answer to your question of what to do I suggest you go to the find a lawyer tab above and call personal injury and products liabilities attorneys until you find one willing to help. If no one is willing then it is a good indication you don't have a viable case.
