evaluation was bias all evidence was ignored now i need attorney to get my rights back .i have 8 hours a week supervised visitation which i have to pay for i have now money to even pay for my rent now what can i do to get my visitations back. judge ordered me phycotherapy cannot even afford that no insurance,
Sounds like you have many problems with regard to your custody and life situations. Getting an attorney to get your rights back may not be in the cards for you. It sounds like price is an issue as you say that you cannot even afford paying for the supervised visits or your rent. Also, the time to get an attorney is before the court makes its orders and not afterwords. That the court ordered a psychological evaluation, suggests there may be deeper issues.
