3 years ago I went through a divorce in Clarksville tn involving our minor child she was the tender age of 2. Our parenting plan was agreed upon I'm the primary custodial parent he would have unsupervised visitation of 180 day or so. He is around 10,000 behind his social security was the only thing for the last 3 years which was short each and every month also he had not seen her in 3 year or gave me notice that he was even moving to Florida.
Without more information it is difficult to give you any idea of what to expect. For example, when you say "child support review," I do not know if you mean that some has filed for a modification of child support or if a contempt petition is pending against him for not paying his support and these are proceedings related to the contempt charge. If the later is the case, then it would also be helpful to know if he has been found to be in contempt and if so what the judge ordered in that regard. Some courts for example will set a purge payment after a finding of contempt, or simply set another court date a couple of months out in order to give the Defendant one last opportunity to purge his or her contempt. The bottom line is more information is needed to answer your question. Your best bet would be to consult with a local attorney that handles child support cases and discuss with that attorney the specific facts of your case so that you have a better idea of what to expect.
