We came to US on L1 visa. Got Eb2 approved under NIW catagory (self sponsored). After 4 years husband got offer from another company. They filled for his GC under Eb1 B we got GC within 3 months from the filling date. After 1 month of getting GC husband joined new company who sponsored our GC ( they basically only provided appointment letter etc. Other paper work, refferense letter attorny was arranged by us. We worked with same attorny who did our Eb2). Now he is working for 6 months but want to change the job and join the previous company. Will that be a problem when we apply for Citizenship? Can I (his wife) and my child apply for citizenship even if he dont?
Did you run by the plan to move to a new company within one month of getting GC through a sponsoring company with your attorney? Did s/he say it was OK?

EB1 usually do not need employers to file for gc. If you already have your gc you qualify to file for citizenship approximately 5 years from the date you became gc holders.
