We have had two pretrial dates and are scheduled for a final trial date next month. I live in Ohio. Is there a waiting period after we have this final trial date before the divorce is considered final? Is there a 90 day period after this date? Just trying to figure it out. Thank you!!
Divorce is final and official when the decree of divorce granted at the final hearing is entered into the court docket records, typically a few business days after the final hearing.
