We are two defendants, pro per. Plaintiff sent one set of discovery. On that discovery he is asking both defendants questions. Can we object to the whole discovery stating that we are confused as to who should answer what ? Or, is this legal for him to do and we each have to answer the questions separately ? It seems that the plaintiff was being cheap on paper, so I figured there might be a chance to object to the whole thing. Thank you in advance!
Unless it is very clear that from the language that each of the questions should be separately answered by each of the defendants individually, the document as a whole is probably objectionable.
