the state of Georgia to originate loans. In Oct of 2012 we surrendered the licensed to the state and terminated all the employees. One rouge employee, without our knowledge originated a loan and closed a loan with Flagstar bank without our knowledge after our termination date. We reapplied to the state in 2015 and they had found out about the loan. They informed us in was in our best interest to with draw. We are looking to go after Flagstar bank and the loan officer in GA. I have the file and closing information, also the money from the closing went directly into the loan officers account. Flagstar Bank and the loan officer where aware that we weren't licensed to close loans in the state of GA but they did it anyway. Now we are stuck and can not get back in the state. We need your help.
