I was arrested for a failure to appear from 13 years ago on a civil case. The next day I got a call from the court saying this matter was taken care of a long time ago and a warent should not have been issued, they are sending me back my bond money now. Was this a false arrest?
It sounds like it. But, they are giving you back your bond money. So, any damages to you are minimal. You probably don't have a lawsuit here.
This is something you should simply move on from.
