Fired beyond 90 day probationary period. The reason given was due to my contacting Corporate. I contacted them regarding issues with harassment as well as issues with pay. I've been offered the position back. If I no longer think continuing to work there makes sense. What would be a reasonable amount to ask for bring wrongfully terminated? Along with their acts being in retaliation for contacting Corporate, and harassment.
It is impossible to cone up with a precise monetary demand without knowing the specific facts in your case. Unclear from your post are 1) what type of harassment (race, sex, disability, etc..), 2) what are your specific allegations, 3) the specific details as to complaints to management, etc...
