Walmart is trying to sell expired food items at discounted prices, and they sold a expired food to my wife who is nursing with a 2 week baby. Also they bullied my wife when she complained, didn't accept her debit card (which she has always used) and made her go out in the rain to an ATM to get cash to pay for it.
Also 2 days ago, walmart took passport pictures of our baby, which were turned down by the passport office for being "unacceptable".
We want to sue Walmart.
I don't see where you would have enough in damages to begin a lawsuit in state court. In a civil lawsuit, you have to identify money damages that you want to recover that are not speculative, and are quantifiable. You can complain to the Food and Drug Administration as to the food issue and see if they take action or will get Walmart to respond.
