It depends on your jurisdiction, which I'm not that familiar with, and the circumstances of the violation, but generally, a first violation on an interlock merely results in your interlock period (the time that the court required you to have the device installed) will start over and you may be required to undergo extra treatment as part of your VASAP program. It may also depend on the number that's recorded. You are entitled to your records from the facility that installed and calibrates the interlock device. Best of luck.
