You need to contact your landlord and make a complaint. Allowing a squatter to remain in the building is arguably a breach of your lease agreement although a lawyer would have to read your lease to properly advise you. You have now been a victim of a crime as a result of the landlord's negligence in taking action to remove the squatter which is done through an Action for Ejectment.
