USCIS online account numer?

4 years ago I filed for tourist visa extension via USCIS ELIS. Now I'm married filing for green card. The form asks for USCIS online account number. Im trying to sign in to what is now USCIS online filing system (previously called USCIS ELIS) but it doesnt recognize my username and password. Also when Im trying to retrieve both my email is not recognized. What should i do about this number... I dont want it to look like I'm omitting the fact that I did use online filling system in the past.

You should create a new one. USCIS often updates its system and even newer accounts often require a change of password.
