My H1B expired on Dec 3, 2019. The employer applied for an extension and sent the H1B package on Nov 25th,2019 and it was received by USCIS on Nov 26th,2019. Due to unforeseen delays, USCIS issued a receipt on DEC 10th,2019. Am I out of status now? Can I stay and work?
