I was left behind by Christian American tour group (who just got $6 million in donations) offering recent college students all-inclusive tours to Israel the Summer before last, and I'm unsure if the statute of limitations will be up by August 9th (in ~ 2 weeks) so this is urgent:
I was denied by my neighbor a request to exchange plane seats so I could get up and walk just in case I could avoid obtaining blood clots on what our tour manager turned into a 17.5 hour direct flight (having never gotten them before but having had some history of disconcerting health problems so wanting to avoid any new ones).
Ironically, I fell diagnosed w/ clots on the 8th day of our 10-day tour, ending up in an insured ICU not sure if I'd live.
No precedent/contract so my tour managers lied while I was laid up, coerced me into signing a "legal" statement under duress "so they could fly home" and abandon me.
The paper tried pretending they had no affiliation with me or hundreds of $ in minimal expenses like medication, food, and care I was falsely verbally promised would be reimbursed. (on the premise that "they're a Christian company and wouldn't be lying to me").
-- Still suffering.
Same question, and I stand by my previous answer.
