I know I am a great employee, so I don't know why certain individuals or maybe even the owner trying to accuse me off stealing so I am suing for Defamation of character by slander. First of all I am a Navy veteran of 18 years and while in the Navy my background was specifically about allowances, human resources, and money. So falsely accusing and being fired for stealing, means I will be not available to get a job in regards to what I did in the Navy and half of my life. Affects my character, money and livelihood. I am in charge of the third shift that closes the shift and also the day and of which I am technically accountable for, So the whole last month I have been bad mouthed, saying I did this I did that or what not. Find can't sue them for their opinions even though I know I am a stellar employee. Now money is missing, and I am being accused of stealing or trying to paint a picture of. They made a mistake, Accounting is what I did in the Navy and after auditing, individuals or even the owner, I found they been using my employee ID to justify the lost of money. I have facts, which I can provide and of how money gets moved around, how my ID is used to justify the lost and the
