This is in Pasco County. I was in a turning lane at a red light. I was in between the other driver in the other turning lane who was closest to the curb and the driver in the outer middle lane to go straight as it is in total a 6 lane highway., An ambulance came up behind me and as soon as I started to pull up, the other drivers pulled up. I was able to maneuvar slightly into the guy next to me in the outer middle lane, but that was about it. It was that or go out into the intersection with oncoming traffic and cause an accident.
Am I in trouble? What does one do and I can't find a clear answer in the statutes. I never want to be the cause of holding up an ambulance, but this situation was very stressful not really knowing what to do being blocked and stopped at a busy intersection at a red light. Thanks!!!
Did you get a ticket?
Because if not then there is no harm, no foul and no need for me to (frankly) waste my time discussing hypothetical situations.
If you did get a ticket then hire a lawyer to help you to avoid points and hopefully beat it.
Either way, wishing you luck and hoping that I have been helpful in answering your question.
