Main road. 4 lanes driving 1 lane turning. 5 total lanes. i was in far right lane. Bus in far left lane. It had just stoped to the best of my knowledge. Not really sure i was approaching a light that had just turned green. So my focus was on traffic for light. To make sure no one was running it... So should I fight it or pay it????
It is a close call. Discuss the options with a local defense counsel who knows these particular citations. From the first impression it could go either way.

If you are under 21, the ticket carries more risk, but this charge is one of the rough ones for all ages. If you fight it, you may be able to get a reduction in severity. It never hurts to speak with an attorney about your options.
Unless the road had a physical divider, you are required to stop. And in many places, the fines are stiff, and its a 6 point violation, to the best of my recollection. And there may be a video- many school buses are so equipped, just to make out cases like this.
If you are under 21, you will have to fight it or work out something, or your license will be suspended.
Hope that helps you make a decision. Good luck.
