I asked for a diversion . Now have another court date. What are my chances of not going to jail or getting a diversion with out a lawyer. I have never been In trouble before. I am worried sick about this.
You need to consult with an attorney in Kansas. If you have no priors, disorderly conduct is not likely to get jail time. If you qualify for a public defender, you should get one if you can't afford an attorney.
