Unlikely that anything will happen to her. the court won’t inquire into her legal status.
If your mother knew that you did not have a valid license to drive, she could be charged with VC 14604 which is a misdemeanor.
As others have stated without telling you the potential consequences, she or your father will need to be present in court with you. I would suggest your family hire a criminal defense attorney to minimize the chance that the you, your mom or father answer questions by the Judge which could incriminate not just you but them as well.
