Example is I have many Police Reports going back 30 years of me or others violated of FELONY violent Crimes up to Attempted Murder with hospitalization and witness records. If I bring that up to any Govt official, immediately my name is discredited. I have a FALSE RECORD and newly a FELONY sentencing listed that I was in jail for 4 months after FTA and FELONY sentencing. I have never ever committed a FELONY or had any Hearing or any case, it is trumped up hacked and a way to have one wrongfully sit in jail by LASD creating a FALSE RECORD. I have other charges listed but they are false and never occurred. In the 1980's I was in a car that the driver apparently used car without permission. He stole his family car, but it lists me on record arrested for GTA then dismissed. I never was involved in matter. I have another matter that states I was arrested for Elder Abuse when in reality I was a Court documented CONSERVATOR for a relative refused her DUE funds by another on her care team and I traveled over 800 miles to bring her funds and assist her in home emergency issues. I was not charged with any Elder Abuse, I reported Elder Abuse to SFPD Sgt for FINANCIAL areas, dismissed.
Ok. Did you have a general legal question?
Sounds like your first step would be to deal with any charges you are now facing by getting a CA criminal defense attorney.
You can see to the reports of 30 years ago after first seeing to your immediate challenge.
NOT LEGAL ADVICE, NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT PRIVILEGE CREATED. DO NOT RELY SOLELY ON ANY ADVICE YOU RECEIVE FROM ME OR ANY OTHER ATTORNEY ON THIS FORUM. Actual legal advice comes after a complete review of the all facts and relevant documents. Neither of these two events can occur in this forum. Mr. Rafter is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the US Federal Courts in Virginia. His answers to any Avvo question are rooted in general legal principles--NOT your specific state laws. There is no implied or actual attorney-client relationship arising from this exchange. You should speak with an attorney licensed in your state, to whom you have provided all the facts before you take steps that may impact your legal rights. Mr. Rafter is under no obligation to answer subsequent emails or phone calls related to this or any other matter.
Your question doesn't make much sense. The FBI is a federal agency, so the State of California wouldn't have its files.
You can contact the FBI to obtain a copy of your federal criminal history ("rap sheet") and the California Department of Justice to get your state rap sheet. They would include instructions on how to remove entries that you believe are erroneous.
This is NOT legal advice. It is a general discussion of legal principles by a California lawyer, and does not create an attorney/client relationship. You should always consult PRIVATELY with an attorney. Free consultation only applies to potential clients with a criminal case within 100 miles of Chico, California.
This sounds more like a paranoid delusion than a legal question.
