The prepaid card company has for over a week given the run around on getting access to my money and I looked online and read a ton of other people are having same issues. They are stealing our money its not right. I want to contact Visa but what attorney can I contact what type? This is a large company and it would be a class action I am sure., I am in California. They are also not returning a fee they charge to use the card despite me not having access to my funds. I am being charged for a service they dont provide.
You can sue in small claims court if the amount is less than $10,000. Sue for the amount of fees you feel were wrongly charged and for the return of your deposit.
I'm not sure if you can get a class action suit.
You don't provide enough information to answer this question. However, I should point out that your filing a consumer complaint does not get you a refund until and unless your assertions are validated. The only valid point I see in your question is the issue of fees. If they are being charged in error you should have the right to dispute them. Find a consumer advocacy attorney to assist.
