I was at Superior Court I signed a court document for temporary custody for 30 days to my mother When I returned to court the document Disappeared and there was no record of me and my mother of being there. my mother and my child were gone. Its been 28 yrs and the document has surfed I went to see the order and were it said temporary it was crossed out and written Permanent custody. in my mothers hand writing.
Strange indeed. Whoever lost the document should be responsible as well as the litigant who did not keep a copy for themselves.
