I am involved in a civil case, and the other party is attempting to pass off a forged court order as authentic (by forged, I mean to say that the attorney created & signed the document, the court order in question has never been seen or signed by a judge). There is zero chance that the Judge will say that it IS his signature, as the judge has a very fancy signature & the court order has 3 initials scribbled on the page. The forged order is supposedly for a case that finished several years ago (and in another court).
All I need is for the judge to say "that is not my signature on that document" (or something similar).
There has to be a way to get this done, or people would just sign a judges' name whenever they thought they needed to.
