After court i had to go straight to po office. I was tested and failed but it didnt count cuz i was not on probation yet. I requested a transfer to my county. the judge approved it as soon as my fees were payed i was to b transferred. i paid my fees less then a week latter like the judge said . But now my po officer is refusing to do the transfer unless i give her a clean drug test. How can she do that when the judge already approved me and i did what judge said needed to b done prior to the transfer?
You can always file a motion with the court asking the judge to rule on the matter.

What Mr. Harwell says is true. However, bear in mind that, for purposes of violation, you were on probation from the moment you were sentenced. That means the State can file a petition to revoke your suspended sentence because yo violated the terms of your probation.
