Do I have any recourse on the 30-day cap on them notifying the the adjudication law judge on the case to stop or freeze more back pay charge for lawyer fee agreement
. I wasn't getting my mail correspondence because I was homeless and I was not getting the correspondence letter until after the fact and the judge says it he would have to prove that extra amount and I didn't know that. I shouldn't be charged the amount that the attorney Bender and Bender is charging me
Its almost impossible to answer your question without more information about the case, the facts and the circumstances. What kind of case is this? Am I correct in understanding that these were your attorneys? Was there actually a Court hearing at which the Court ruled that the attorneys were entitled to additional fees? Generally speaking, you have a limited period of time from the entry of any given Court Order to request a rehearing on the issue and there are many other considerations, rules and requirements for awarding attorneys' fees. If you were not given proper notice of a hearing, that is a good reason for asking the Court to reconsider its ruling. You simply must give more information in your question for anyone to be able to answer this question intelligently. It would be wise for you to immediately contact an attorney and get advice on how to handle this matter.
