Seeking relief of a default judgment in Riverside Family Law division. Are tentative rulings made on these matters and if so will it be available online or through another source prior to the actual court date? If a motion is denied or granted does the plaintiff need to be present on the scheduled court date?
Judges in family law courts seldom issue advance written tentative rulings (in my experience), If you don't attend the hearing, you are giving up any opportunity to convince the judicial officer to change their mind if the initial oral tentative is against you.
