My tenant whom is "A" is continuing on as his contract ended with my Real Estate Property Management firm on July 20th.2016. However, I had tried to send an addendum as it was stated he wanted to continue contract of Property Firm I used; which he as well thought it was for $1325 month. When I had gone over paperwork this afternoon it was $1195 per month , and I have no signed document's of new rental rate nor end date. However, at this point it becomes a Month-To-Month lease tenancy. How could I approach him to sign an agreement of new rates/end date of June 30, 2017?
What's your objective? If tenant is on a monthly rental, you can raise rent on 30 days notice. If you want to keep tenant, get a new lease from a professional source and send it to him for signature.
Given the confusion In your question, you should put a new lease in place even for a monthly rental.
