Before my dad died my mom and sister decided to change the house and mutual funds over to my sister so they would qualify. For medical well 6mths later mom dies and ive been evicted n they are not trying distribute anything equally
I'm so sorry. This is the sort of disaster that happens when people believe it's too expensive to have an attorney guide their planning. Very likely your mother intended for your sister to share the assets, and if so she has a moral obligation to divide them with you. However, if the house and mutual funds are in your sister's name, she has no legal obligation to share with you.
