I got my green card through my current company in August 2014. It was under EB1C category.. it was file in Sep 2013 and the card was issued in August 2014. I have been working for this company for more than 10 years mostly in managerial position. I am wondering if I can switch my job or should I wait for certain period of time. Any advice would be appreciated please.

Like my colleagues have stated, there is no time requirement.
With that said, I would say that 6 months is a reasonable time to have waited.
