Went through huge harassment for years at my university. It included racial, bad advice, and basically "black balling me" while at the university. I have emails that prove all my claims, and they stopped me for registering for a year for no real reason and it almost caused my blindness on a a big eye surgery( at the University), I ended up homeless, as well as they forced me to take full classes (enrolled) to see if I could be "reinstated" each quarter then they'd make up a reason to not reinstate me, then after this they dragged out my process for a year to contest the issue. I tried to speak with the appeal process, but at first they are sympathetic, Then they'll make up a reason to not "hear my complaint" or let it go any further. It seems as if their all en cahoots,
Retain a lawyer immediately and also you can explore filing a complaint with the OFFICE FOR CIVIL RIGHTS (OCR).
