I fell on ice in parking lot. Broke my foot and have severe damage to ankle. Dr took me out of work. I have 5 children I am now not able to,provide for. Now I may need surgery. The landlord is not being helpful or the store.
Sorry for your situation. The sooner you get a qualified attorney on your side, the better your chance at full compensation. Good luck.
Greetings. You should contact a good New York slip & fall attorney immediately. The attorney will work out who to sue (which will likely be both the store and landlord). You yourself shouldn't have to worry about that. The only thing you should be worried about is preserving evidence. That requires an investigation into the facts and the site of your fall, which the attorney will do immediately. They will take photos, talk to witnesses, check weather reports. Contact an attorney right away.

Contact a personal injury attorney right away. Determining who the proper defendants are is something the lawyer will be able to do. Often more than one person/entity bears responsibility. Don't delay!
