Other than the misc. out of pocket fees for obtaining medical records, the fee is limited to 25% of the past-due benefits you are awarded, up to a maximum of $6,000. My question is are dependent benefits included in this 25% or just the PIA. Thanks!
So long as the total fee does not exceed $6000 then the auxiliary benefit payments are usually part of the calculation. Excellent question by the way.
