I hired a skip tracer to locate him because the probation department told me they don't locate parents so I made copies of my court papers and hired a subpoena service to send them because they told me if he doesn't get the papers the case would be dismissed I don't want my court date dismissed I'm scheduled for April will this be sufficient to make everything legal? He is in Ohio and I'm in New Jersey.
